The Altamont Indians trailed by 11 midway through the fourth quarter, and rallied to cut the deficit to 4 with 1:30 left in the game, but could not get any closer as they saw their season come to an end in the Regional Semifinals falling to the North Clay Cardinals 67-58.
The two teams traded buckets in the first quarter, but a late three pointer from Parker Bell, and a steal and layup from Kade Milleville would help the Indians take a 15-12 lead. North Clay would respond by going on a 6-0 run to start the second quarter, as they would outscore Altamont 12-7 overall in the frame, and enter halftime with a slim 24-22 lead. The Cardinals would attempt to pull away in the third quarter, using a 17-13 run to enter the fourth quarter with a 41-35 lead. The Cardinals would have an 11 point lead midway through the fourth quarter, but the Indians refused to quit, as a pair of three pointers from Bell and Alex Walker, and a layup from Zaine Miller would cut the deficit to 56-51 with a minuet and a half left, but North Clay would go on an 11-7 run the rest of the way to come away with the 67-56 win.
