The South Central Cougars jumped out to an early lead, but could not hold on in the second half as they fall 56 to 40 to Effingham St. Anthony on the road Tuesday in NTC action.
South Central led 13 to 5 after the 1st quarter and still held an 18 to 15 lead at halftime. But, they were outscored 41 to 22 in the second half as they fall to the Bulldogs. For South Central, they are now 17-9 overall on the season and 4-3 in the NTC. They are scheduled to be back in action tonight at home versus CORL.
