(Peoria, IL) — Nearly twenty people are recovering following a school bus crash in Peoria. Officials say an accident involving a Peoria Public Schools District 150 school bus happened yesterday at Glen Oak Avenue and Fayette Street. 18 people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries, including 15 first-graders from Charter Oak Primary School. The students were on the way to a field trip at the Peoria Riverfront Museum when the crash happened.
