In just over a month, Happy Hollow Family Farms located south of St. Elmo will be opening up for what will be their 10th season. The farm, ran by the Ryan and Lindsay Lash family, will open up and September 21 and Lindsay Lash says they will have a full slate of activities just like in years’ past.
This year’s special events planned will begin right away on opening weekend and include two fun and meaningful events within the first two weekends that Happy Hollow is open.
More special events will continue throughout October as well to go along with the customary activities and events the farm holds every year and we will hear more from Lash about that tomorrow on Newscenter.
