Tornado Warning for South Central Fayette Co/NW Marion Co until 9:30 pm

The National Weather Service in St Louis has issued a

  Northwestern Marion County in south central Illinois...
  South central Fayette County in south central Illinois...

* Until 930 PM CDT.

* At 852 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Shobonier, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Patoka around 855 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include
Salem.
