Vandalia senior Jonah Beesley will be continuing his golf career at the collegiate level after signing his letter of intent on Friday to play golf for Indiana Tech University. A member of the State Champion Vandals golf team in 2021, Beesley says he’s excited to get the opportunity to golf collegiately and work with Indiana Tech Coach Mark Beneke.
And Beesley says he knew Indiana Tech was the right fit for him when it had everything he was looking for after visiting the campus.
Beesley is a multiple time Sectional Qualifier, has twice finished top 10 at Regionals and has finished top 5 at the South Central Conference Meet twice. Beesley was also a member of the 2021 IHSA 1A State Golf Champions Vandals.
