Hall discusses his reasons for challenging Wilhour in the 110th District State Representative Primary

We hear today from Matt Hall, who last week filed to run in the Primary for the Republican nomination for the 110th district State Representative seat, meaning he will challenge State Representative Blaine Wilhour in the March Primary.  Hall gives some of his reasons for challenging Wilhour.

And, he says he believes in the minority there are things you can do to help the district.
