Zander Lynn Johnson, 20, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at First Baptist Church of Ramsey, IL with Pastor John Sanders officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, two hours prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Miller Funeral Home, Ramsey, IL, is in charge of arrangements. He was born September 6, 2003, in Greenville, IL, the son of Samuel L. & Christy A. (Leigh) Johnson. Zander was always eager to learn new skills and was especially interested in fabrication and building trades. He previously had worked in construction and recently had switched his focus to working as an electrician. He was active in FFA in high school and he loved being outdoors. He had many interests, including; music, hunting, and bonfires with his friends. He loved his cat, Ellie, and 3 dogs, Roscoe, Piper, and Remi.
He is survived by: Parents – Sam & Christy Johnson, Ramsey, IL; Grandparents – Whit Leigh, Findlay, IL, Elaine Leigh, Rosamond, IL, Lynn Johnson & Jill, Fillmore, IL, and Diane Craig, Vandalia, IL; Great Grandmother – Melba Leigh, Findlay, IL; and many aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by: Great Grandparents.
