Two individuals are facing multiple charges in Fayette County Court.
50 year old Timothy I. Bigelow has been charged in Fayette County Court with multiples felonies. Bigelow has been charged with Armed Violence, which is a Class X Felony. Information on the charge says “while being armed with a dangerous weapon, being a 40 caliber Smith and Wesson handgun” is alleged to have performed acts that are prohibited as he is alleged to have possessed methamphetamine. Bigelow also faces a charge of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, which is also a Class X Felony. Bigelow also faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine of 15 to 100 grams (Class 1 Felony), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony), and 4 counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm without a FOID Card, which are all Class 3 Felonies. Bigelow had his bond set at $300,000 and will appear for a Preliminary Hearing on May 30th.
Also, 50 year old Kathy A. Bigelow has been charged in Fayette County Court with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, which is a Class X Felony. Bigelow is also charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine of 15 to 100 grams, which is a Class 1 Felony, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, which is a Class A Misdemeanor.
