(Springfield, IL) — The Illinois State Fair is announcing new theme and discount days for 2023. County Fairs and Horse Racing Day will start it all off on August 10th. Other themes include Agriculture Day, Kids Day, Veterans Day, and Twosday, which will feature two-dollar admission for seniors and adults on August 15th.
