A Brownstown native has a small part in the movie “The Fabelmans” and will be in Vandalia this weekend to watch the movie with family and friends.
Brownstown native William Koonce says in a Facebook post that “I was lucky enough to work on the film in the summer of 2021, with a result of Spielberg giving me a quick small feature for a few seconds, my first time in a movie, in which I’m eternally grateful for.” Koonce is going to be at the 7 pm screening at Starmax Cinemas this Saturday and is asking everyone to come to sell out the theater for the viewing of the Oscar-nominated film.
