(Hillsboro, IL) — Nearly 20 Employees are in the hospital after being exposed to an “unknown substance” at the Graham Correctional Center in Hillsboro. Union officials say 18 workers and possible one inmate were hospitalized following the incident yesterday. An inmate was in medical distress and when correctional officers went to help and began experiencing symptoms.
