There are some events going today in the area–
Unity Baptist Church is having a “Clean Out the Building” rummage sale at the First Baptist Church building on the corner of 6th and Johnson Streets. It is going on today from 8 am to noon and everything must go.
The Fayette County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee is having a Craft and Vendor Fair. It is going on today from 9 am to 2 pm at the Vandalia Moose Lodge at 328 S. 3rd Street. The entry fee is $1 and all proceeds benefit the Shop with a Cop Program.
The Fayette County Extension Foundation is having a Chicken Noodle or Vegetable Soup Dinner. It is being held from 4 pm to 6:30 pm today at the Brownstown Elementary School. The proceeds will benefit 4-H and Extension programs.
