Despite his Senior season ending earlier than he would have liked, Vandals Senior Quarterback Matthew Hagy put together a top notch season and a historic career as Vandals QB.
This season, Matthew threw for 1,616 yards. That is the 4th most in a season for a Vandals QB, behind Matthew’s own Junior season and 2017 and 2019 for Matthew Wells. Matthew also ran for 878 yards his Senior year.
As for his career, Matthew’s 4,376 career passing yards are second only to Matthew Wells for a career and his 302 total completions and his 8 200+ yard passing games are both records. As is his career total of 6,704 combined rushing and passing yards–all 3 finishing him at the top of the record books.
