
The FNB Community Bank has named Kelsey Kendall as its Retail and Commercial Products Manager. Kendall, Greenville native, began her duties at The FNB Community Bank on Monday, February 14.
“I’m excited to join the team at The FNB Community Bank,” Kendall said. “It’s an honor to be given the opportunity to help the company for years to come.”
In her new position as Retail and Commercial Products Manager, Kendall will provide support, leadership, guidance, and staff motivation in our retail and commercial banking locations. She will assist in individual and banking center goals through new business development, referrals and retention as well as in the expansion of account relationships.
“Kelsey is a great compliment to our team,” said Mike Radliff, The FNB Community Bank President and CEO. “Kelsey’s banking knowledge and experience will benefit both her and our bank as she collaborates with our banking center teams in training, sales, service, and operations.”
Kendall started her banking career in 2013 at Bradford National Bank in Accounts Payable and Customer Relations. She was later appointed Assistant Vice President/BSA Assistant in January of 2019. Kendall became the BSA Officer/Assistant Vice President in January of 2021.
Kendall is a 2009 graduate of Bond County Community Unit #2 and 2012 graduate of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She completed the Illinois Bankers Associations’ Future Leaders Alliance in 2019 and later attended The CBAI Community Bankers School at Wesleyan University, where she graduated in 2021 with High Honors.
“Kelsey has a lot of valuable experience in hometown banking which works well with our mission to be a leader in the communities we serve,” said Jay Jolliff, The FNB Community Bank Chief Retail and Commercial Banking Officer.
Kendall is an avid supporter of local academics and the students of BCCU#2. She is a mentor of the Bond County CEO Classes of 2021 and 2022 and a former board member of the BCCU2 Academic Foundation. She resides in Highland with her husband Jason and their son, Theo.
