Christopher B. Carroll, 29, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Fayette County Hospital ER in Vandalia, IL.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the First United Methodist Church, Vandalia, IL, with Pastor Tom Goodell, officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials: To the Family. Miller Funeral Home, Vandalia, IL, is in charge of arrangements. He was born February 19, 1992, in Hillsboro, IL, the son of Scott Smith & Jan Michelle Carroll. He enjoyed going to the Cardinals games; loved music and eating his favorite food, cheesecake. Most of all Chris loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by: Mother – Jan Michelle Carroll and Stan, Vandalia, IL; Sons – Khristian and Khristopher, at home; Daughter – Nevaeh, at home; Maternal Grandmother – Candice Carroll, Vandalia, IL; Uncle – Mark Carroll and Tori, Bethalto, IL; and Special Friend – Allyson Gillmore, Vandalia, IL. Extended family; Vett Bates, Levi, Devon, Daveon, Lamar, Vett, Josiah, Keisha, Arriana, Jazzy and Ahmia.
Preceded in death by: Maternal Grandfather – Robert Carroll.
