Little Caesars in Vandalia has closed

Vandalia has lost a business.  Little Caesars owner Joe Wills confirmed that last night was the final night for the Little Caesar’s location in Vandalia as they were officially closing.  Wills says the reason for the closing was economic conditions.  Wills thanked Vandalia for their support and said they are thankful for all the business the area gave to them over these past years.
