Throughout a strange year, Starnes says SBL Fayette Co Hospital has worked to be prepared

As has been well documented, the number of COVID-19 in Fayette County has grown by very large numbers in the past several weeks.  But, the early parts of the pandemic really didn’t hit here.  As of July 7th, Fayette County only had 23 cases.  But, Sarah Bush Lincoln Fayette County Hospital had to be prepared even back at the beginning of the pandemic.  And, CEO Greg Starnes says that has been their goal throughout the pandemic.

Fayette County passed 2,000 total COVID-19 cases this past week with a total of 39 deaths.
