Movie theaters in Illinois are looking to open, but Governor J.B. Pritzker says not yet. Phase 3 of the Restore Illinois plan begins tomorrow, with several businesses opening back up. The Governor says that won’t include movie theaters.
Under the state’s parameters, Phase 4 can’t begin until late June. And, even then, theaters would be limited to 50 people per movie.
