The Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office released the following information via their Facebook page—-
On September 11, 2019 the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office submitted 25 cases to the Fayette County Grand Jury and received indictments on the following defendants:
Shane Sefton – robbery; aggravated battery; and theft
Kyle Upchurch – indecent solicitation of a child; traveling to meet a minor; and grooming
Joshua Corbin – indecent solicitation of a child; traveling to meet a minor; and grooming
Jeremy Markello – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Kristen Phillips – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Jeanie Martin – obstruction of justice
Daniel Shepard – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Justin Virden – controlled substance trafficking; unlawful possession with intent to deliver controlled substance; and unlawful possession of controlled substance
Aubrey Nowlan – unlawful possession of controlled substance
Kristine Mills – two counts of brining contraband into a penal institution; unlawful possession of methamphetamine; and unlawful possession of controlled substance
Kalie Dunaway – concealing/aiding a fugitive
Scott Brown – domestic battery
Chadwick Farley – theft
Gary Cole – two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault
Chad Sidener – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Brock Dunaway – retail theft
Andre Spencer – aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer
Nicholas Fletcher – aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and criminal damage to property
Michael Alsbury – aggravated battery and unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Dax Baldridge – aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; two counts of unlawful possession of weapons by felon; and aggravated driving under the influence
Yvonne Sturgeon – unlawful possession of weapons by felon
Mandi Jo Dunn – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Paul Campbell – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Tyler Troxell – unlawful possession of methamphetamine
Christopher Cox – indecent solicitation of a child
