A 52 year old St. Elmo man was sentenced on Monday in Fayette County Court. 52 year old James G. Rogers of St. Elmo pleaded guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced by Judge Don Sheafor to 24 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
