
Last week, the Illinois Senate passed a minimum wage increase that will bring the State of Illinois’ minimum wage to $15 per hour in 2025. The bill now moves on to the Illinois House. State Representative Blaine Wilhour is a member of the Labor & Commerce Committee that will be dealing with the bill. He says he’s been shocked by how quickly the matter is moving forward with little research done on it’s effect.
