Jerry L. Cook, 80, of Ramsey, Illinois, passed away Monday, January 14, 2019, at his home in Ramsey, IL.

Born April 5, 1938, in Ramsey, IL, the son of Tony Thiel & Ida Marie (Manley) Cook. Married Patricia Elizabeth Smith, October 1, 1961 in Ramsey, IL. He was a Veterinarian Tech at Heaton-Heistand Vet Hospital, Vandalia, IL and in earlier years a farmer; Affiliated with the Christian Church; and a US Army Veteran.
Survived by: Wife – Patricia Cook, Ramsey, IL; Sons – Todd Cook, Belleville, IL and Tim Cook & Amy, Ramsey, IL; Daughter – Robin Troxell & Jason, Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren – Jeremy Cook and Makayla Cook, Ramsey, IL, and Morgan Cook, Bluff City, IL; Brother – Jack Cook & Betty, Edgewood, IL; Sister – Janet Cook, Mattoon, IL; and Sisters-in-law – Kellie Cook, Olney, IL and Sandy Cook, Ramsey, IL.
