A Greenville man has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in Bond County Court in the death of a two-month old infant. 27-year old James Andrew Hickman is charged with two counts of first-degree murder as information states that Hickman allegedly shook the two-month old infant “knowing that such act created a strong probability of death” and thereby causing the death of the infant who passed away in a St. Louis area hospital on Sunday. Each Class M felony count is punishable by 20 to 60 years in prison. Hickman is being held in the Bond County jail on $2 million bond.
