He was born November 1, 1930, in Litchfield, IL, the son of Clarence Harold & Ruby (Merriman) Kleinik. Married Shirley Jane Edwards, July 1, 1956, Shobonier, IL, she passed away September 6, 2005. He was a retired Truck Driver for A & R Trucking, Vandalia, IL. Air Force Veteran, Member of Liberty Church, Rural Bingham, IL and Teamsters Union Local 50, Belleville, IL.
He is survived by: Daughters – Becky Taylor, Vandalia, IL – Betty Clinton, Odin, IL and Mary Gentry & Keith, Olney, IL; 4 Grandchildren – Anna, Jamie Alex & Daryl; 2 Brothers – Victor Kleinik & Portia – Dean Kleinik & Carolyn. Sister – Marilyn Torbeck and Companion – Joyce Merriman, Fillmore, IL.
