(St. Louis, MO) — Jack Flaherty combined with four relievers on a four-hitter as the Cardinals shut out the Cubs 5-0 at Busch Stadium. He gave up two hits over five frames for the win. Matt Carpenter homered and Yadier Molina doubled in a run as the Cards avoided a three-game sweep.
