(Macomb, IL) — A second person is facing charges in connection to the death of dozens of animals in Macomb. McDonough County prosecutors yesterday filed charges against 68-year-old Michael Law. Police say he’s connected to the abuse case at the Macomb Petland store where over 40 animals died earlier this month after being abandoned. Law is charged with nine counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
