A Mulberry Grove man who is charged with two counts of murder is set to make an appearance in Fayette County Court this morning. 68-year old David Leroy Bright is set to appear at 10am this morning for a pre-trial hearing in the matter. Bright is charged with two counts of first degree murder in the death of James Skinner of Brownstown. Both charges are Class M felonies and are punishable by 20 years to life in prison. Bright remains in the Fayette County Jail on $1 million bond.
