The Kaskaskia College Board of Trustees has reached an agreement with St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield. The agreement will enable K-C Nursing Graduates to pursue their Bachelors of Nursing. The K-C Board of Trustees ratified the agreement during their meeting on Monday night.
In other business, the board also announced they will begin negotiating with Interim President George Evans to serve as the 11th President of Kaskaskia College. Board Chair Bill Hawley said the board has been very happy with the direction the college has been going under Evans. Evans was named the interim President back on November 27th, as the resignation of former President Dr. Penny Quinn.
