Nancy L. Woolsey-Greer, 77, of Sullivan, Indiana, formerly of Vandalia, IL, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Sullivan, IN.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Unity Baptist Church, Vandalia, with Pastor Loren File, officiating. Burial will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Vandalia, IL. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 20, 2018, at the church. Memorials: Women of the Moose, Vandalia, IL. She was born March 18, 1940, in Shafter, IL, the daughter of Richard Alfred & Dorothy Mae (Hampton) Alsbury. Married Donald “Pistol” Eugene Woolsey on August 17, 1964, Vandalia, IL, he passed away January 16, 1992. She later married Floyd Kenneth “Kenny” Greer on June 12, 2001, Laughlin, NV, he passed away June 4, 2011. She was a retired Cook for Vandalia Junior High School; and a founding member of Women of the Moose, Vandalia, IL.
She is survived by: Son – Donald “Don” L. Woolsey & Julie, Fillmore, IL; Daughter – Donna Hiatt & Lance, Sullivan, IN; Grandchildren – Ryan, Zachary, Dylan, Dalton, Dakota, Dalton, Emmi, Colin; Great Grandchildren – Camden, Kenzly, Lucy, Darby, Tyson, Tatum, Banx; Brother – Michael Alsbury; Sisters – Patricia Brown, Barbara Denton, Phyllis Miller, LeNette Belt, June Jones, Paula McNeely, Karen Calfas and Vicki Stewart.
