Halloween weekend is upon us
The City of Vandalia will have their trick-or-treat this evening from 6-8pm and will also have the downtown trick-or-treat activities this morning beginning with story time at Evans Public Library at 10 am, downtown trick or treating from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and then the costume contest at Family Video at 12:30 pm.
The Vandalia Park District will continue their haunted house “Cell Block 8” going on for it’s final night tonight from 8-11pm. All proceeds go to the Vandalia Swimming Pool.
The Village of Brownstown will hold their trick-or-treat hours this evening from 5-7pm. Brownstown churches will also be holding a trunk-or-treat during that time indoors at the Brownstown Elementary School.
The Fayette County Fairgrounds will be holding a Halloween event for the first time from 6-9pm this evening. There will be a haunted house, a costume contest for kids ages 4-12, music, food, games and candy. The haunted house will cost $5.
The City of St. Elmo will have trick-or-treat from 6-8pm on Halloween night, October 31.
The Village of St. Peter trick-or-treat will be October 31 from 6-8pm.
The Village of Mulberry Grove will old trick-or-treat from 5-8pm on Halloween night, October 31.
