Adults will be able to earn a High School Diploma under a new law signed Friday by Governor Bruce Rauner. Previously, adults over 21 who had not completed high school only had one option says Governor Rauner.
The new law also lets non-profit groups work with the State Board of Education to create adult learning programs where people can earn their diploma.
