(Chicago, IL) — Anthony Rizzo’s RBI double capped a three-run bottom of the eighth as the Cubs rallied to beat the Cardinals 3-2 at Wrigley Field. Ben Zobrist had an RBI double and Kris Bryant tied the game for Chicago with a run-scoring single. Paul DeJong and Randal Grichuk hit back-to-back home runs in the top of the inning to stake St. Louis to a 2-0 lead. Jon Lester struck out 10 over eight innings of three-hit, two-run ball to move to 7-and-6. Wade Davis notched his 19th save. Matt Bowman took the loss. The Cardinals have dropped three-of-four.
