(Chicago, IL) — Illinois ranks in the lowest twenty-percent of states when it comes to attracting jobs over the past decade. A report by “24/7 Wall St.” finds that in the past ten years, employment in Illinois has grown a paltry three-tenths of one-percent. That puts the state at 42nd among the 50 states. North Dakota’s at the top of the list, while Wyoming is at the bottom.
