(Springfield, IL) — Chances are, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner isn’t going to talk about the lack of a state budget at his State of the State. Instead, insiders in Springfield say the governor will use today’s speech to highlight the state’s successes. That includes school funding, criminal justice reform, and tech upgrades. The speech is at noon at the statehouse. We plan to carry the Governor’s State of the State Address today on 104.7 FM/AM 1500 WPMB.
