(Chicago, IL) — Former Governor Pat Quinn’s people did little to nothing to stop Illinois‘ private lottery manager from yanking away games from players and making other questionable decisions. A new report from “The Chicago Tribune” says the former governor’s administration did little to supervise the Northstar Lottery Group as it managed the state’s lottery. The report follows a similar story about Northstar cutting some scratch-off games short before awarding the grand prizes.
