We hear again today from two of the Fayette County officeholders who were officially sworn into the office for a new term this past Thursday. Joshua Morrison is now rolling in his 2nd term as Fayette County State’s Attorney. He says one thing they will certainly be working on over the next four years is striving for better court room efficiency.
For Bruce Bowen, he is now in brand new territory—there has never been a Fayette County Coroner serve a 5th term in office. Bowen says that he believes the longevity is a benefit to the people of Fayette County.
Also taking the oath this past Thursday was Kathy Emerick, who is serving a second term as Fayette County Circuit Clerk.
