Norma Jean Hall, 87, of Vandalia passed away on September 22, 2016 at Fayette County Hospital Long Term Care.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm, Sunday September 25, 2016 at Hohlt & File Funeral Home, Vandalia with Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00pm, Saturday, September 24 at Hohlt & File Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to services Sunday.

Norma was born October 11, 1928 in Fayette County the daughter of Elden R. and Lydia (Karr) Carson. She married Donald F. Hall on May 11, 1946 in Vandalia. She worked for many years at IMCO, Brockway, Graham Packaging in Vandalia.
She is survived by her son Dan Hall and friend Viola Blankenship of Vandalia; sister Carolee Boggs of Vandalia; special niece Mindy and husband Dave Meseke of Vandalia; grandchildren Shawn Hall, TJ Hall and wife Allison, Annette McClintock and friend Gary Redfern; great grandsons Hayden Hall and Bradyn McClintock; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Ross Carson, Clarence Carson, Ronnie Carson, sister Betty Smith, and brother-in-law Gene Boggs.
