(Elgin, IL) — An Illinois man accused of making a death threat against Governor Rauner won’t be spending any time in jail. Jesse Kuzma of Elgin was sentenced Friday in Kane County court to two years of probation after pleading guilty to attempting to threaten a public official. Prosecutors say he left the threat on a voicemail while calling the governor’s office in May.
