(Miami, FL) — Derek Dietrich’s pinch-hit triple plated the winning run in the ninth inning as the Marlins beat the Cardinals 5-4 in Miami. An RBI double by Stephen Piscotty and a throwing error allowed the Cards to tie it in the eighth. Matt Bowman took the loss as St. Louis split the four-game set.
