(Springfield, IL) — A resolution to bring state jobs back to the Springfield area is getting unanimous approval in the Senate and the House. State Representative Sara Wojcicki Jiminez filed House Joint Resolution 133, which asks state agencies to explain if and why they aren’t putting the state jobs in the capital city. State agencies must submit reports to the General Assembly and Governor Rauner by the end of August.
