(Springfield, IL) — Governor Rauner’s office says it’s reached a deal with the Illinois Federation of Teachers. The state announced a new four-year collective bargaining agreement with about 50-teachers at the Illinois School for the Deaf. The deal includes a four-year pay freeze and changes to the educators’ health insurance.
