A former player for the St. Louis Rams was arrested in Fayette County last night. At 7:46 pm on Wednesday night, Vandalia Police arrested 26 year old Isaiah Pead of Columbus, Ohio on an outstanding warrant from Bond County for failure to appear. And, Pead was also ticketed for speeding, allegedly going 84 in a 70 mph zone. Pead then posted bond at the Fayette County Jail and was released. Pead, who played his college ball at the University of Cincinnati, was drafted by the Rams back in 2012 and was there until he was released in September of this past year. Pead was then with the Pittsburgh Steelers later in the season.
