The Lady Vandals rebounded from a tough loss on the road over the weekend by picking up a road win Monday night defeating South Central 62-29. After a close 13-10 game after the 1st quarter, the Vandals pushed their lead to 11 before using a 19-8 run in the 3rd to open up the game on the way to the win. Leah Francis led the Lady Vandals with 15 points and 5 rebounds while Karlie Bright and Makayla Tinker each tallied 13 points. For South Central, Keely Smith scored 13 points while Abby Hahn finished with 12 points. The Lady Vandals are now 12-7 on the season and will be back in action on the road Thursday at Pana. South Central falls to 7-10 and will take on Windsor/Stew-Stras at Windsor on Thursday.
