(Undated) — The unemployment rate is going up slightly in Illinois. The Illinois Department of Employment Security says the jobless rate in November rose zero-point-three-percentage points to five-point-seven percent. The state did, however, gain over 400 jobs. Officials say the increased unemployment rate is primarily the result of more people reentering the labor force looking for work.
