(Decatur, IL) — Another group of state labor unions may soon be operating under a new deal. Governor Rauner announced that they have agreed to terms on new four-year collective bargaining agreements. The governor has negotiated new deals with 17 different bargaining units representing more than five-thousand state employees. Rauner has yet to reach an agreement with AFSCME, the largest state employee union.
