The weather and the end of daylight savings time don’t seem to be really going together, at least for the start of November. Daylight Savings Time officially ended early Sunday morning-making this our second and the beginning of the first work week since the end of DST. We will see sunrise today at 6:24 am and sunset at 4:54 pm—an early darkness time you normally associate with winter. But, warmer temps will stay with us thru this week with highs in the 70s throughout this week and lows at night just down to the upper 40s to lower 50s—so just no as much time during the day to enjoy that warmth. Of course we are now going to see days get shorter until the first day of winter on December 22nd, when the sunset will be at 4:37 pm—the shortest daylight for the year.
