(Chicago, IL) — Even more lottery winners in Illinois will have to wait before they collect their prize money. Officials say payments for all winnings over six-hundred-dollars will be delayed because of the budget crisis. The lottery’s account is expected to be emptied by today. IOU’s began being handed out to winners of more than 25-thousand-dollars in July.
