(St.Louis, MO) — Cardinals manager Mike Matheny says catcher Yadier Molina is good to go for the NLDS. Matheny says he’s looked good swinging the bat and making throws this week after testing a special splint to protect a strained ligament in his left thumb. Molina hasn’t played since September 20th.

(St.Louis, MO) — The Cardinals’ 25-man roster for the NLDS is set. Making the cut were Adam Wainwright, Tommy Pham, Jon Jay and Greg Garcia. Left off the roster were Matt Adams, Pete Kozma, Steve Cishek and Randy Choate. The Cards can adjust the roster if they make it to the next round.
