Micky D. Williams, 53, of Mulberry Grove, died at 7:58 a.m., Friday, October 2, 2015 at his home.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Gieseking-Claggett Funeral Home, Brownstown. Visitation will be for one hour prior to services. Interment of ashes will follow at Pilcher Cemetery, rural Brownstown. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
Micky was born on Monday, March 19, 1962 in Pekin, IL to Ernie and Ellen (Durbin) Williams. He served in the Illinois National Guard. He was an associate at Wal-Mart, Vandalia.
He is survived by his long-time companion, Sandy Ellsworth of Mulberry Grove; sons, Caleb Williams of Effingham, Jeremiah Williams of Mattoon, and Jeffrey Ellsworth of Greenville; daughters, April Stewart of St. Elmo and Jenny Koontz of Mulberry Grove; mother, Ellen Williams Hunter of Brownstown; brothers, Virgil (Faye) Williams of Brownstown, Rick (Patti) Williams of Brownstown, Dave (Bobbye) Williams of Vandalia, and Crystal (Kenny) Cole of Brownstown; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father.
